1. Krug's 1995 vintage of their limited-production, single vineyard, Clos du Mesnil, costs approximately $750. If you really want to push the boat out, this is the way to go.

2. Dom Perignon Vintage - approx $164.This is the prestigous cuvée of the famous Moët et Chandon Champagne house. It's one fine Champagne that never fails to deliver.

3. Bollinger - The name says it all. A bottle of 'Bolly' is quite reasonable (in the Champagne scheme of things) for one of the more exclusive bubbly's on the market. From approx $100.

4. Louis Roederer Brut Vintage. The Roederer family makes celebrated Champagnes and this Brut consistently receives high praise and great reviews. Approx - $90.

5. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. Clicquot created the very first crystal clear Champagne in the 18th century - and their Veuve has remained popular and highly acclaimed ever since. Approx $50.
